Here at BD Marquee we offer two types of flooring when hiring a marquee from us: Astro Turf or carpet and wooden boarding.
It is important to consider which type of flooring is perfect for you, with carpet and boarding more suitable for uneven, wet ground and especially for use in marquees for formal events such as weddings as it provides a hard surface which is important if you or your guests are wearing high heels. Note that high heels will sink into marquees placed on grass with no flooring and marquees with astro turf as the flooring will be soft.
Astro turf is a great, cheaper alternative which looks great inside our marquees and looks great in marquees placed on hard surfaces as it covers the concrete flooring.
Please note we only hire flooring when hiring one of marquees as we cannot guarantee the size and fit when using another marquee that is not from our company.
